The printer dispatches JSDoc kinds to Printer.emitJSDocNode, which currently panics with not implemented.\n\n## Reproduction\nCreate a JSDoc node with the AST factory and call api.printer.printNode(jsdocNode).\n\n## Expected\nThe printer emits a formatted JSDoc comment (including text and tags).\n\n## Actual\nPrinting the node panics in tsc/internal/printer/printer.go.
