Output folder name does not contain information about the tool that collected the output

What is the expected behavior?
Prefix the output folder name with the tool gathering the output. This will help engineers and administrators quickly identify and understand which tool was used to gather this log set. Also, can help with telemetry and understanding usage of the tool.
