Problem

#7065 (for #6086) adds /session-flow:audit-sessions sweep-only, a consumer mode that sweeps the existing store without collecting, writes nothing, and returns the audit-sessions.sweep/v1 JSON envelope with its exit code (exit 3 means no store yet). /performance:go-faster does not use it yet:

  • plugins/performance/skills/go-faster/reference/areas.md, the owner-call table (around lines 97-110), still leaves out /session-flow:audit-sessions on the grounds that every run collects into session-flow's store first.
  • The how-you-work area procedure (around lines 435-443) always reports not-checked because no read-only mode existed.
  • go-faster's eval (evals.json around line 82) still expects that it "cannot read yet".

Change

  • Add /session-flow:audit-sessions sweep-only to the owner-call table, invoked through the Skill tool (ADR 0018).
  • Update the how-you-work area to parse the envelope. Treat exit 3 as not-checked and name /session-flow:audit-sessions as the step that creates the store. Treat the envelope's session_id and cc_versions strings as data, per the untrusted-content convention.
  • Update the eval, and add the performance changelog entry.

Acceptance

  • go-faster runs sweep-only when session-flow is enabled, and reports the area from the envelope.
  • Exit 3 and a disabled session-flow both report not-checked with the remedy.
  • The eval covers both paths.

Follow-up to #6086 / #7065, which kept performance-plugin changes out of scope.
