Bug Description

when using AWS Bedrock (mantle endpoint) for llm, the app fails if the model calls a function tool defined without parameters:

When the session is established and the model tries to call the function tool 'say_hello', the app raises the following exception:

It looks like is how the tool schema definition is being built, despite Bedrock mantle uses the openai client to invoke models, maybe it expects some properties to be required
