Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes we want some features of LabThings affordances (like observability, or saving settings) but we don't want the affordance to be exposed or described over HTTP.
Describe the solution you'd like
A simple, clear way to hide e.g. properties from the Thing Description and HTTP API.
This might be as simple as "anything with a leading underscore is hidden", or might be an additonal argument.
