[Bug] Vibration is not consistent

Descripción
Current Behaviour
Testing vibration in settings is inconsistent. Certain actions for vibration work while others dont. For example, even at 200% in World and Interaction options in Vibrations settings, breaking blocks does not vibrate whatsoever. However, eating does make the controller vibrate.
Expected Behaviour
Consistent vibration.

Going to settings and enabling vibration. Go back to game and have inconsistent vibration.
