From the GPT review of #50: render-signal.tsx (~92) releases a successful load's hold after 2 s without verifying the model mounted; if React delays the Suspense retry, readiness precedes the model. Release only on confirmed mount (keep a generous safety timeout that reports a warning instead of ready). Test with a delayed Suspense retry.
