Installation using chocolatey fails installing to system Python environment

Comienza con el punto de entrada del instalador de Chocolatey mostrado en el informe: C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\lib\httpie\tools\chocolateyinstall.ps1, y reproduce choco install httpie con las versiones de Python indicadas. Rastrea qué intérprete y entorno selecciona. Se considera terminado cuando la instalación usa un virtualenv, evita el Python independiente o pre-release y se completa sin que la advertencia de PATH detenga Chocolatey.

Expected result

The package should install to a virtualenv and not be impacted by the presence of another Python interpreter. It should not attempt to install anything to a standalone install of Python. It should not be using a pre-release version of Python.

I'm using Chocolatey, as that's the recommended install method and when I tried to install using pipx, I couldn't access HTTPS sites.
