  • Repeated retries fail
  • The PNG files exist locally and can be opened normally
  • The failure occurs after Copilot’s image/visual inspection tools are used

This appears to be an expired or inaccessible attachment URL between VS Code Copilot Chat and the upstream service. Could GitHub staff investigate using the request IDs above or advise how to avoid the failed attachment reference?

To reproduce it I have just asked Copilot to review some mock images and apply those designs to the live website, as soon as it tries to review the local files I receive the error again.
