SqlServer not support OUTPUT with INSERT and triggers

Comienza con Providers.MsSqlServer.fs, especialmente con las líneas 302-307, y sigue la ruta de ProcessUpdates mostrada en el stack trace. Reproduce el insert contra una tabla de SQL Server con un trigger habilitado y determina después cómo debería manejar el provider la cláusula OUTPUT y cómo debería afectarle la opción de configuración propuesta; se considera terminado cuando SubmitUpdates tiene éxito para este esquema sin romper los inserts normales.

On SqlServer, I cannot insert if my table has trigger.
SqlServer don't allow OUTPUT in INSERT request if the table has trigger

Repro steps

Create table with trigger :

Known workarounds

A create a fork and remove line 302-307 of Providers.MsSqlServer.fs
I propose to add config key to disable this behavior
