The payload names no source file, test or entry point, so start by reproducing the report: open Anki with auto-tiling on in a GNOME 48 session and note the window's class and whether it reports as tileable. Read the linked forge-ext/forge#219 for earlier findings, then check how the extension decides which windows to tile. Done means Anki tiles like other apps, or the cause is written down with a maintainer's agreement on the fix.

Hello,

this issue still exists in 2025: https://github.com/forge-ext/forge/issues/219

Anki doesn't get tiled. When changing to floating mode, it also doesn't work. When maximizing the application, everything looks normal; no issues. But the application doesn't tile automatically.
This is the only application I experienced this so far; I've been using this extension for about 2 years and this is the only exception. May you check? Thanks!

Steps to reproduce
  1. Open Anki
  2. The application doesn't tile even though auto tiling is turned on. If there are no opened applications expect for Anki, it should automatically go into fullscreen, which is not the case.
