Línea de trabajo
The payload names no files, so start by finding where the extension reads the system focus-follows-mouse setting and where per-workspace tiling state is tracked. Add a setting that applies hover-to-focus only on tiling workspaces, and fall back to the system behavior when it is off. Done means a tiled workspace focuses on hover while a floating one follows the system setting. Check the design with maintainers first, since the issue has no comments.

Descripción
Description
Basically this option'd make "hover to focus" on workspaces where tiling is active will be used regardless of the system window focus behavior because it's almost always a better default to have for tiling.
And whatever's behavior is set on the system will be used, when and where the mode is off.
This'd make these two focus modes separate, and make the workflow more seamless for those switch from tiling to floating frequently.
