Línea de trabajo

Start by reading the linked prior issues #11534 and #18689 and the fix in PR #18690, then trace the useAuthEmulator path mentioned here, especially the origin == emulatorOrigin check and its session-storage inputs. Reproduce on Flutter Web with the Auth emulator, reload after logging in, and check whether it connects to the emulator without clearing browser storage.

Description

In the past I've created this issue: https://github.com/firebase/flutterfire/issues/11534 , which apparently the cause was this: https://github.com/firebase/flutterfire/issues/11233.

It then got re-opened, so I created this: https://github.com/firebase/flutterfire/issues/18689 , which was fixed by: https://github.com/firebase/flutterfire/pull/18690 . Sadly it's still an issue though. I verified in the changelog the fix should be in with the version I'm using:

FIX(auth, web): connect Auth emulator after reload when sessionStorage already has the origin (https://github.com/firebase/flutterfire/issues/18690). ([3740a2da](https://github.com/firebase/flutterfire/commit/3740a2da18d1b119fb897dd4f2c8951127f03ea6))

I have tested now and it reproduced, and while I was trying to talk to local emulators, it kept talking to prod. I could notice the following while debugging: The call to useAuthEmulator skipped due to the condition if (origin == emulatorOrigin) {, which evaluated to true.

Anyway after clearing storage data through browser "inspect" -> Application, it worked. so the problem has apparently re-surfaced.

Reproducing the issue
