Línea de trabajo

Start from navigate_next and navigate_prev in actions.lua, where the total count and current index are already computed, then find where the explorer panel and statusline components are rendered. Decide which of the proposed indicators to implement first, since the issue offers several alternatives without choosing one. Done means the selected indicator updates persistently as you move with ]f and [f, including at the first and last file.

Descripción

Problem

When reviewing a diff with many files, the explorer panel gives no indication of how many total files there are or where you currently are in the list. The only position feedback is the "Last file (N of N)" / "First file (1 of N)" echo message that appears at navigation boundaries — but nothing persistent or visible in the tree itself.

Proposed Solution

Show a file count and/or current position indicator in the explorer. Some options (not mutually exclusive):

  1. Group headers with counts — e.g., Changes (7) or Staged Changes (3) so you can see at a glance how many files are in each group.
  2. Current position indicator — e.g., 3/12 shown somewhere persistent (statusline component, explorer title, or inline) so you always know where you are in the review.
  3. Progress-style indicator — something like a subtle progress bar or fraction that updates as you navigate with ]f / [f.

This is especially useful for large PRs where you want to know how close you are to finishing the review.

Context

The navigate_next / navigate_prev functions in actions.lua already compute the total file count and current index — this data just is not surfaced persistently in the UI.
