Trace how measures become SELECT columns and how Generate reports errors; the requested integration test should confirm an invalid measure returns 422 naming the report and measure, and a supported measure serves its column. What happens

A report measures: entry that does not match the aggregate(field) convention is dropped at Generate with only a log line: ReportIntentGenerator.java:607 (master 4e82eb1677) LOGGER.warn("Measure [{}] did not match the aggregate(field) convention - skipping"). The report generates, publishes and serves without the column, and a widget pointing at it only logs "references measure [...] which produced no column - the KPI will not resolve" (:2233).

So sum(net - promotion), sum(net) - sum(promotion) or a typo like sum (net) ships a report that silently lacks the figure the author asked for. Hit while moving the sales revenue reports from sum(total) to net (BusinessIntents/base-sales-invoices#229): the natural spelling of "net less promotions" was skipped without an error, and the change had to become two columns.

Fix wanted

  1. An unrecognised measure fails the Generate (422 naming the report and the measure), and so does a widget whose measure produced no column.
  2. Optionally, arithmetic over aggregates in one measure (sum(net) - sum(promotion)), compiled into the SELECT.
  3. An IT: a report with an unparseable measure answers 422 at Generate; with the supported form it serves the column.
