Línea de trabajo
Start by reading DevProxy/Commands/StopCommand.cs and DevProxy/Commands/CertCommand.cs to compare how each command defines and handles --force. Check the stop command's tests and nearby CLI option tests to see how its behavior is verified. Decide how to introduce a distinct kill option while preserving the deprecated alias, and update the tests to cover both; done means --force consistently skips safety checks and the stop behavior remains available under the new option.

Description
The --force / -f option means different things in different commands:
| Command | Meaning of --force |
|---|---|
devproxy cert remove --force |
Don't prompt for confirmation |
devproxy stop --force |
Kill the process instead of stopping gracefully |

Most CLIs use --force to mean "skip confirmation or safety checks", which matches cert remove. For terminating a process, tools typically use a separate verb or option (for example docker kill vs docker stop, or kill -9).
Expected behavior
--force has one meaning across Dev Proxy commands. Consider renaming the stop option (for example --kill), keeping --force as a deprecated alias for a transition period.
