Thanks for the quick reply and for the fix.

I installed the latest beta with winget (DevProxy.DevProxy.Beta, 4.0.0-beta.9) and repeated the recording with GraphMinimalPermissionsPlugin in application mode. The 403 Ip Forbidden is gone: the plugin now retrieves the permissions and reports them. Stable 3.3.1 kept failing, so the new service URL in the beta seems to be what fixed it.

Result for GET/POST on sites, lists, columns, items and GET /drives:

Minimal permissions:
Sites.Manage.All, Sites.ReadWrite.All

A separate one-request run with GET /sites?search=* returned Sites.Read.All.

One thing the plugin could not resolve is the file upload with the path syntax:

PUT https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/sites/{site-id}/drive/root:/Documentos/informe.pdf:/content

It reports Permissions information for 'PUT /sites/{sites-id}/drive/root:<value>/content' was not found. The path seems to be normalised to root:<value>/content, so I suspect the :/path:/content addressing is not matched. Is that form supported by the permissions service?

I only tested with placeholder IDs and no token, so this validates the capture and the lookup, not the operations themselves. Feel free to close the issue if you consider the original problem solved.
