Debug Deployment Failure Reason Obscure

Start by tracing how .NET for Android turns Android package installation output into the ADB0010 error shown in the error list; the issue names Mono.AndroidTools.InstallFailedException and Xamarin.Android.Tasks.FastDeploy. Check how install failures are parsed and surfaced, then make the insufficient-space reason clear in the error list. Done when this failure points developers to the emulator’s lack of internal storage.

This is a resubmission of MAUI Issue 38895 in a different area.

When debugging my application (uses .NET 10, built with .NET 11 RC1 SDK) it fails to deploy to the Android emulator I'm using with "ADB0010: Mono.AndroidTools.InstallFailedException: Unexpected install output: ...". The workaround is to uninstall the app from the emulator first, then the new one deploys correctly. The build output is below but the important part is buried in the middle of it:

Bottom line - the emulator (in this case) has run out of space - it would be helpful if the error message in the error list page could make that clearer. It's easy enough to fix (on an emulator anyway), the trick is figuring out what the problem is. If you know enough to hover over the error message there's a popup with the stack dump, which helps because the error is near the top, but again, that's not obvious. For me this is low priority because once you know what the problem is you can make it go away.
