Problem
doctor --analyze flags tempos that look half, double or 3:2 off, but can only point at rekordbox's own buttons: "rekordbox's x2 and /2 buttons fix a tempo that's half or double" (https://github.com/cutenode/localnetwork/blob/24d3176/apps/locallibrary/src/doctor_cmd.rs#L418). Beat grids can now be written as a journaled, undoable edit (anlz::write_beat_grid, used by https://github.com/cutenode/localnetwork/blob/24d3176/crates/locallibrary/src/analysis_edit.rs#L195), but nothing builds a halved or doubled grid from a stored one, and the .EXT's extended grid (PQT2) is removed whenever a grid is written, because its 2-bytes-per-beat body is not decoded (https://github.com/cutenode/localnetwork/blob/24d3176/crates/locallibrary/src/anlz/grid.rs#L8-L13). Offer halving and doubling as a doctor fix that plans a new grid through the existing analysis edit, with the usual plan and undo, and decide whether losing PQT2 (the edit already warns about it) is acceptable or PQT2's per-beat field should be decoded from real files first.
