Línea de trabajo

The issue names reflect, recall, and the transcript summaries, but gives no file paths or tests. Start by locating the reflect implementation and its one-off and lone-reviewer rejection logic, then compare its transcript access with recall's workspace and time-window scoping. Done means recurring findings across compacted transcript sections are retained with their occurrences cited; workspace transcript search is optional and should follow recall's stated scope.

Descripción

reflect says "One-offs are not learnings", and the synthesizer holds a finding that only one
reviewer raised to a higher bar. In a long chat that has been compacted, the agent sees earlier
stretches only through their summaries, so a mistake that recurred can look like a one-off.

In one chat compacted several times, an inline reflect rejected a shell word-splitting mistake in a
cleanup loop as a one-off. The full transcript showed the same failure at least four times, in
stretches the summaries had shortened. The 4-agent reflect run, whose reviewers read the whole
transcript, found them.

Proposal. Before rejecting a finding as a one-off or a lone reviewer's claim, search the whole
transcript, not only the part after the last compaction, for the same symptom. Optionally search
the workspace's recent transcripts as well, with the scoping rules recall uses: this workspace
only, over a stated window. A finding that recurs is kept, with the occurrences cited.
