good first issue hacktoberfest templates

Part of #5. For maintainers announcing a security fix.

Idea
A severity pill at the top ("High"), colored by level, with the advisory ID next to it ("GHSA-3x9q-7m2v-p4hc"). Under it, the advisory title large ("Path traversal in @acme/static-files"), then the package with the affected and fixed versions on one line ("@acme/static-files · affected < 2.4.1 · fixed in 2.4.1"), and the site name at the bottom.

  • Fields: commonFields.title (the advisory title), severity (select: critical, high, medium, low; default high), advisoryId (text, optional, default "GHSA-3x9q-7m2v-p4hc"), packageName (text, optional, default "@acme/static-files"), affected (text, optional, default "< 2.4.1"), patched (text, optional, default "2.4.1"), commonFields.siteName, commonFields.bgColor, commonFields.accentColor, commonFields.textColor

Where to look

  • Closest reference: src/templates/saas/maintenance.ts (a status pill picked with a select field), src/templates/github/issue-card.ts (a GitHub-style header with a pill)

Acceptance criteria

  • Each severity has its own pill color, the pill text stays readable with contrastText(), and an unknown severity falls back to high
  • Long titles shrink with autoFontSize() and then truncate, and an empty advisoryId, packageName, affected, patched or site name (or only spaces) hides cleanly, with separators only between the parts that are there
  • Accent text stays readable on a light background
  • Re-exported in src/templates/github/index.ts and registered in the GitHub block of src/templates/registry.ts
  • Meets the shared template checklist in #5
