Start by locating the admin “Pagini statice” tab and the forms used to edit its pages. Compare the existing pages with the requested fixed list, then check how page creation, deletion, and content blocks are handled. Done means only the five named pages are available, page and block structure cannot be changed, and existing text and images remain editable.

The Pagini statice tab should include the following pages:
- Termeni și condiții
- Politică de confidențialitate

- Despre
- Contact
The Pagini statice tab does not need the following pages:
- Politica privind cookie-urile (already has Politică conf.)
- Declarația de accesibilitate
The Admin:
- Cannot add/ create new static pages, the ones mentioned above are fixed. So the add page button should be deleted.
- Cannot delete any of the existing static pages. So the Delete button should be deleted from the individual pages.
- Cannot add additional content blocs to the pages: the design of the pages is fixed.
- Can edit the text/ images within the existing content blocs.
