Description
Cancelling a pending anext() on ProducerClient.async_stream_submission_chunks() can consume a completed chunk before Python receives it. Retrying the read may then skip that chunk.
A regression test in PR discussion 1 demonstrates the scenario: make output chunks ready, start a read, cancel it before delivery, then retry. The next read should still yield the first chunk.
Expected behavior
If a read is cancelled before returning a chunk, the chunk should still be returned by the next read. Subsequent chunks should follow in order.
