EA launcher doesn't install

Empieza con el botón de instalación y reproduce la instalación del EA launcher usando las dependencias indicadas en el informe. Investiga el comportamiento separado de la descarga y la instalación, así como el timeout durante la descarga de dependencias; se considera terminado cuando el launcher se instala y completa sus descargas sin la configuración manual de DLL y runtime descrita aquí.

I've tested it, since it said platinum, so my curiosity got the better of me, since then, it has been around 6 hours of testing, researching where is which dll and how to fix some that are not recognized properly.

I had to manually get:

• gecko fixed (because it wasn't matched to my wine, so I ran "wine iexplore" on main and got this solved)
• vcredist installed into the bottle via dependencies
• vcredist6 for msvcrt.dll which is needed and doesn't come by default when making the bottle
• vcredist4 for more dll's missing because "why not? I needed vcredist6 anyway and this has some more dll's"
• wininet, winhttp and iertutil to actually have it connect to the internet and download the stuff it needs

And while I have downloaded many more dependencies in testing, those listed where the ones that got me one step further over the install process.

Also, the install button just downloads the installer, but doesn't start the install process itself, so it has to be "installed" again, once it has downloaded the installer.

Note: I was then stuck in the "downloading stuff" screen for a while until it said it got timed-out, I tried it 3 times over different internet connections thinking it was an actual internet issue on my side, but it just kept happening, so that is all I guess, this is as far as I've come myself.

Note, again: Following in on the error codes over the install, I just realized how bad this thing was. and if it gets to actually function "painlessly" it would be pointless because it just sucks. It is so bad that over three years since launch date there are still recent videos on yt about solving errors on it. So, DO NOT bother with this but keep it in mind, maybe later it can be brought into working properly when EA catches up.
