Boost failed to run libs\python\test on x64 and x86 on release and debug configuration with MSVC on windows

Reproduce el fallo de los comandos de Boost.Python indicados, centrándote en libs\python\test y en los casos de prueba de exec.py. Inspecciona boost_test_debug.log y las ejecuciones fallidas de exec.exe y exec-dynamic.exe; se considera terminado cuando las pruebas de Python pasan para x64 y x86, tanto en las configuraciones de debug como de release, con MSVC en Windows.

Boost failed to run libs\python\test on x64 and x86 on release and debug configuration with MSVC on windows. it can be reproduced on c368e0b on master branch. Could you please help look at this issue?

Environment:
VS 2019 + Windows Server 2019
