Start with the dependency pins and SDK files listed in the issue, including src/global.json, the Boilerplate and BlazorEmpty global.json files, both dev containers, and the dnx dotnet-ef calls. Update the RC1 versions to the stated RC2 and patch releases, then review the Linux runner configuration in light of RC2's Android workload support for JDK 25. Done when the listed versions and runner configuration are consistent.

bit11 is behind in these places (read at 6c9975ac2e):
- NuGet: .NET 11 RC2 came out on 2026-10-13, but every ASP.NET Core, EF Core, Microsoft.Extensions and System.Text.Json pin is still on 11.0.0-rc.1.26425.128, and MAUI on 11.0.0-rc.1.26451.6. OpenTelemetry 1.20.0 is out. The projects #13829 added are one patch behind the rest (8.0.31, 9.0.20, 10.0.12, Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk 18.10.1).
- SDK:
src/global.json, the Boilerplate's and BlazorEmpty'sglobal.json, both dev containers and thednx dotnet-efcalls still name RC1. - Runners: the Linux jobs are held at ubuntu-24.04 because the Android workload refused JDK 25. RC2's Android workload accepts it.
