Bug description
I created a new Laravel app, the process completed with success and copied the files in %USER%\Herd\foo. But, it doesn't appear in app list and doesn't open. The folder is there, but the site does not show in the list of apps, and it does not open in the browser. There are no entries in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts, except for those created earlier with Herd v1. Adding foo to hosts still does not make the app show in Herd, or to open in the browser. If I try to link foo as existing app, it says that foo.test is already taken.
Steps to reproduce
Install Herd 2.0.3 on Windows 11. Select to create an app. It will report that it is created, but it does not appear in Herd among the apps, it does not open in a browser and it does not add the foo.test domain in "hosts". Adding the app with that name also does not work - it says that the name is taken.
