触り方
本番の Cloudflare へのデプロイは、Secrets と D1 の登録 (ユーザー作業の一覧 https://github.com/bannzai/pre-github/issues/3 ) が済んでいないため、まだ行っていません。手元で触る場合:

別のターミナルで、preview したいリポジトリのブランチに移動してから API に送ります (手元の wrangler dev は http のため、https で叩く gh api --hostname と scripts/preview-pr.sh ではなく curl を使います)。

出力された URL を Chrome で開き、token (local-token) を入力すると preview が表示されます。scripts/preview-pr.sh を使う経路 (README の「Usage」) は、Cloudflare にデプロイしたインスタンス (下の手順) で試せます。
このコマンドは開発マシンでビルドとサーバーを動かします。agent は「ビルドとブラウザの確認を開発マシンで行わない」方針のため実行していません。agent が確認したのは、GitHub Actions の runner 上で wrangler dev に対して E2E が撮った下の画面です。
Cloudflare に置いて触る場合 (公開に進む時と同じ手順): issue #3 の「bannzai 自身のインスタンス用の Cloudflare の Secrets と D1 を用意する」を行い、gh workflow run deploy.yml -R bannzai/pre-github を実行します。
