No se nombran archivos fuente, pruebas ni pasos de reproducción. Empieza confirmando si esto corresponde a github/copilot-cli y reproduce el comportamiento de CPU elevada en Copilot CLI v1.0.65, comparándolo con v1.0.61 mientras revisas los logs proporcionados. Se considerará completado cuando se identifique y resuelva la regresión, con la verificación de que el comando de revisión ya no permanece inactivo con un uso elevado de CPU.
