The payload names no files. Start by finding where the pinned NimBLE commit b6831813cfe6da9b25c8be7136b40ce060bf9710 is referenced in the nuttx-apps tree, and check the NimBLE README for the newest stable release and its supported BLE versions. Done means the pinned version is updated, NIMBLE_BLE_VERSION can select 5.4, and a BLE-enabled NuttX build still compiles. Check the two comments first, since they may already settle which version to target.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current NuttX version of NimBLE is commit b6831813cfe6da9b25c8be7136b40ce060bf9710. This is now a little over 1 year old.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be good to use the latest version of NimBLE (or a newer stable version) to get some of the improvements that have been made recently. This would also allow us to integrate more closely with the NimBLE project and maybe get some testing done for NuttX integration in their CI.
It also appears to me that the NuttX NimBLE BLE version stops at NIMBLE_BLE_VERSION_53, but going by the NimBLE README, up to 5.4 is now supported.
