VSCode Extension: Request textDocument/documentSymbol failed

Empieza en hamilton_lsp/server.py, en el punto de entrada document_symbols, y reproduce la solicitud textDocument/documentSymbol usando el traceback de OSError mostrado. The VS Code extension keeps popping up an error ~dialog/toast with the message Request textDocument/documentSymbol failed.

Current behavior

• Using my large, proprietary codebase, edit some files, error dialog pops up on every keypress.
• If I dismiss it, it comes right back.
• Choosing the VS Code option to hide "Info & Warning" messages from the extension does not help, presumably because this is an error.
