Fix: Warning: 'catch ...' is deprecated; please use 'try ... catch ... end' instead

Start with the Erlang source locations listed in the issue and inspect each deprecated catch operator in context. Run the project build with OTP29 to reproduce the warnings; done means all listed uses have been updated and the warnings no longer appear without changing behavior.

Since OTP29, there will be a warning when using the catch operator, which has been deprecated for a long time. It is recommended to instead use try…catch.
