`bst workspace open` dislikes git sources that have submodules

Comienza con buildstream/plugins/sources/git.py en init_workspace() y luego sigue el manejo de URL a través de translate_url() y mark_download_url() de source.py. Reproduce el problema con bst workspace open desktop/gst-libav gst-libav usando una fuente Git con submódulos y verifica que el workspace se abra sin la aserción "Primary URL marked twice".

Summary

Attempting to run bst workspace open caused me a stack trace, I think due to the submodules in a git element, but this may not be the case.

Steps to reproduce

1. Clone freedesktop-sdk
2. Run bst workspace open desktop/gst-libav gst-libav
