Problem to solve
An AI agent can leave a modified local backlog incoherent without being stopped before its turn ends.
Proposed solution
aidd-pm owns a deterministic local Markdown coherence checker. A project-scoped blocking AI lifecycle hook runs at turn stop only when the backlog changed, reports stable diagnostics, and blocks an invalid final state.

Additional context
The first boundary is local Markdown only. A remote support joins only after its capability can return a normalized post-write snapshot.
Acceptance criteria
- Broken local relations, shape, sections, cycles, order, or terminal-parent conflicts block the turn with a named rule.
- A valid change does not block.
- An untouched backlog exits quickly.
- Every invariant has a corruption probe against a temporary copy.
- Each generated host integration is valid; unsupported hosts are skipped explicitly.
- A remote support is never reported coherent without its own post-write snapshot.

- Git pre-commit and CI gates.
- A universal tracker validator.
- Automatic repair or external writes.
