uncaught exception Wasm.Memory.SizeOverflow
The validator allows 2^16 pages for an i32 memory (0x1_0000L), but Memory.valid_size allows at most 0xffffL, so allocating a valid memory raises SizeOverflow, which isn't caught and aborts the whole script.
Allocation may fail for resource reasons (#1869), but this is an off-by-one bound, and it fails by aborting rather than as an instantiation failure.
