There are two techniques that greatly enhance Construction Heuristic quality and speed:

- Filtering the values (the moves per step)

Sorting is currently supported by comparatorClass and comparatorFactoryClass.

Filtering the value is somewhat supported by moveFiltering, but it:
- Lacks the context of the entire solution.
- is currently configured in the domain and defined in a class (typically in the domain package).
- is currently configured in the solver config and a separate class (typically in the solver package).
Both of these belong together and are purely used for CH customization.
