Scope

  • Big tap-to-talk with live transcript (STT per ADR 0002); typed input always available; audio saved for replay.

  • Before/after photos copied into app document storage (not picker cache URIs).

  • Large touch targets, one-handed layout.

Acceptance criteria

  • 30 s voice note captured offline on Note 9S, transcript shown, audio replayable after app restart.

  • Photos survive app restart and cache clearing.

Budget rule: free tiers first (Gemini API free tier, Kaggle/Colab free GPUs, HF Hub, Vercel Hobby). Any script calling a cloud model must throttle to free-tier limits, checkpoint/resume, and log token usage. Paid spend only with owner approval, capped at a few dollars.
