mcppls在Windows上构建失败

Start by locating the Windows platform and build configuration that supplies linker libraries to the mcppls executables; the payload does not name source files or tests. Reproduce with mcpp build --verbose on Windows and inspect the generated linker arguments, which fail to resolve Windows system libraries. Done when the Windows build links successfully and the affected executables are produced.

已安装mingw，尝试用 GNU ld 伪装成 ld.lld.exe
