Línea de trabajo

Start by reading sensor.c alongside its header and listing every exported function, then compare that list against the driver and app-layer modules named in the issue. The header is flagged as the main complication, so decide which declarations move with their implementation before editing. Done means sensor.c no longer lives in mod, its functions sit in driver or the app layer, and the build still links; rev 3 platform-specific sensor functions should then be possible.

Descripción

advanced refactor

Version: v2.8.0 && v3.0.0

Describe the feature you'd like
The sensor module in its current form has no place living in mod based on our idea of what the library should be.

Image

Many of these functions belong in driver, and others should live in the app layer.

Some subject matter expert should make an effort to move functions to their truly correct locations. The header is going to be the biggest complication, I expect, but that's not a huge deal.

This will also allow us to implement platform-specific versions of sensor functions on rev 3.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Leaving as-is.
