Current Behaviour
Running scoop install intellij-jbr17-sdk terminates with
WARN Purging previous failed installation of intellij-jbr17-sdk.
ERROR 'intellij-jbr17-sdk' isn't installed correctly.
Removing older version (17.0.6-b469.82).
'intellij-jbr17-sdk' was uninstalled.

Possible Solution
Going through issues, I noted https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Java/issues/421 which has the same error. Manually updating the manifest with

did fix it for me. I belive the same applies to all other intellij-jbr* packages.
