I've added my plugin management plugin to the Available Plugins list.

Description: Manage installed QuickLook plugins: browse, update, uninstall, install from the Wiki catalog, view configs/logs, and run repair actions.
Features
- Installed plugin list grouped by user/built-in, with per-plugin update check and safe uninstall
- Available-plugins catalog parsed from the official Wiki, with search and one-click install handoff
- Read-only config & exception log viewer; repair actions (open folder, restart, cleanup, unblock, network diagnosis)
- Bilingual UI following the system language; native WPF (no WebView2 dependency)
