Check nearby tests for keep-alive settings and token refresh behavior. Done when keep-alive behavior works for ChatGPT sign-in and a revoked token is refreshed once before retrying the request.

Suggestions from the 2026-10-07 code review (not bugs).

  • CodexAuthedConversation (src/main/llm/codex_auth.ts:437-477) lacks keepCacheWarm and lastRequestStartedAt, so the keep-alive setting silently has no effect for ChatGPT sign-in.
  • A 401 for a token revoked before its expiry isn't refreshed and retried once; the chat shows an error instead.

Proposal

Forward the keep-alive members to the wrapped conversation (or say in Settings that they don't apply), and on a 401 refresh the token once and repeat the request.
