Start by tracing the existing motion-forwarding flow and the motion comment controls in the administration view. Confirm how individual comments are represented and forwarded; done means each comment has an optional checkbox disabled by default, and only selected comments accompany the forwarded motion.

Current behavior or reason for feature request
Currently it is not possible to forward a motion with one or more comments. If comments include a task which need to solved in another meeting by other users, the comment must be written twice in the original meeting and the meeting where the motions has been forwarded to.
Wanted behavior
It should be possible to optionally forward motion comments along with a motion. To make this possible, each motion comment (in the administration view) should include a checkbox that allows for individual forwarding. This option should be disabled by default.
