Línea de trabajo

Reproduce by running the Santarinos or Race to Read scenario in single player and count the AI companies, which should stay at the scenario's stated maximum of 3. Compare against vanilla behaviour and find where the code that spawns AI companies and enforces the competitor limit is located, since the payload does not name it. Also check why the company list does not refresh, which the reporter noted as a separate problem. Done when a three-competitor scenario never shows a fourth AI company and the list updates as vanilla does.

Descripción

Version information:

Describe the bug
I tested Santarinos and Race to Read. They state max of 3 competing companies. I see one more than allowed. I am sure this applies to all scenarios that allow for competitors, being one more than what is allowed. I didn't observe this in vanilla. These scenarios were the easiest to verify because of how few and immediate they start appearing.

To Reproduce
Just let the scenario run long enough and eventually you will see one more AI company than is allowed.

Expected behaviour
3 companies max for scenarios that say 3, not 4.

Additional context
Also noticed the company list doesn't auto refresh. Vanilla it does.
