Rights Holder Removal Request — Wild Adventure Girls Works in InternVid

Wild Adventure Girls Inc. (“WAG”) owns or controls the relevant rights in audiovisual works published through The Wild Adventure Girls.

WAG has identified six copyrighted Wild Adventure Girls audiovisual works as appearing in InternVid through the publicly available dataset index published by The Atlantic. The affected works are identified in Schedule A below.

WAG did not authorize inclusion of these copyrighted audiovisual works in InternVid or their extraction, segmentation, captioning, annotation, processing, or use as artificial-intelligence or machine-learning training, pretraining, fine-tuning, evaluation, benchmarking, generation, or development data.

WAG therefore requests removal of every InternVid record and project material corresponding to the works identified in Schedule A.

REMOVAL REQUEST

For each identified work, please:

1. Locate every InternVid entry, clip segment, or record derived from the identified source work;

2. Remove corresponding YouTube video IDs, timestamps, generated captions, similarity scores, annotations, and other dataset records under the project team’s control;

3. Remove corresponding entries from InternVid releases, subsets, JSON/JSONL files, indexes, repositories, and other dataset resources maintained by the project;

4. Remove corresponding records from InternVid resources maintained by OpenGVLab through Hugging Face or other project-controlled distribution channels;

5. Search for additional segments or records derived from each identified source video and include all such occurrences in the removal;

6. Search the underlying InternVid records for additional works sourced from The Wild Adventure Girls and advise WAG if additional works are identified; and

7. Prevent the identified works and corresponding records from being reintroduced into future InternVid releases or updates.

Please ensure the search encompasses InternVid-Full and other InternVid releases or subsets maintained by the project.

VERIFICATION REQUESTED

For each of the six works in Schedule A, please identify its status as:

• Located in InternVid and removed;
• Previously present and already removed;
• Not located in the InternVid records searched; or
• Requiring additional investigation.

For each located work, please also confirm, where reasonably available:

• The corresponding YouTube ID;
• The number of corresponding segments or records located;
• The number removed;
• The InternVid release, subset, or dataset resource affected;
• Whether corresponding timestamps, captions, annotations, scores, and metadata were removed; and
• The release, revision, or repository update reflecting removal, where applicable.

Please specifically search for additional segments derived from the same source videos rather than limiting the search to the six entries surfaced through the public index.

Please acknowledge this request and provide confirmation of removal, ideally within fourteen (14) calendar days.
