Línea de trabajo
Start from the existing Tearing/CriticalResonantField module, which already takes per-surface Prandtl-number profiles into b_crit, and compare it with the three Fortran GPEC references (#274, #239, #237). The issue asks for three separate PRs: Phi_res_crit, pressure flattening across the saturated island (to feed #630), and the cubic for hw_min, hw_sat and hw_v_crit. Done means each feature is ported with tests that check values against the Fortran results. Confirm the scope with maintainers before starting, since the physics needs domain knowledge.

Descripción
Three separate Callen island features in Fortran GPEC that Julia lacks:
- Critical resonant flux
Phi_res_crit_callen(PrincetonUniversity/GPEC#274). - Saturated-island pressure loss (PrincetonUniversity/GPEC#239): reintegrate the pressure profile with the profile flattened across the saturated island.
- Callen vacuum-island widths (PrincetonUniversity/GPEC#237): the cubic
A·w³ + B·w + C = 0forhw_min,hw_satandhw_v_crit.
Not included, already covered in Julia: Fortran's SLAYER torque-balance changes, i.e. the Prandtl-number profile input (PrincetonUniversity/GPEC#259) and the NaN and narrow-nose refinement fix (PrincetonUniversity/GPEC#265). Julia's critical-field calculation (Tearing/CriticalResonantField) takes per-surface Prandtl-number profiles into b_crit.
Scope: each of the three is its own PR. The pressure flattening (item 2) should feed the general modified Rutherford equation of #630 rather than only Callen's reduction.
Feature-parity item from the Fortran GPEC 1.6.0 survey in #591.
