Línea de trabajo

The issue asks for a way to add ForceAuthn to a single SP/IdP connection, and the author notes that the request must be signed. No files or entry points are named, so the first step is finding where ForceAuthn is set on outgoing AuthnRequests in this repository. Done would mean maintainers have agreed on the scope (per connection or per service, and how tenants map to IdPs) before any code is written.

Descripción

needs-discussion needs-input

Some SPs are not able to set ForceAuthn themselves, or they have multiple customers connected and only want to force this for a limited subset of those. Add a feature that allows us to override ForceAuthn (i.e., add it) for a specific SP/IdP connection.

Note the implicit assumption here for multitenant services that a entire IdP always maps to a tenant in the service. The service really wants to protects its tenant (I assume) but for us it is unclear to which IdPs this maps (might be combination fo institution+eduID, for example)

Also consider the (much easier) implementation of overriding ForceAuthn per Service (for all connected IdPs). However, unclear what the exact usecase is then (broken Sps that can't do this themselves?).

Also note that to do this, we need to send a signed authnrequest to the IdP.
