Línea de trabajo

Start with the version-manager command definitions and the CLI startup path, since the issue says startup may download the selected JAR before a command runs. Compare how version-manager list --json resolves tags with how openapitools.json is read and written. Done means version-manager resolve <tags...> prints one resolved version to stdout while leaving openapitools.json and the JAR cache untouched, with a test that checks both.

Escrito por el modelo de indexación a partir del texto del issue.

Descripción

Automated version-update workflows need to resolve a moving tag such as latest to a specific version, then use that same version to update a project's pinned configuration and in subsequent steps. Resolving the tag should not require downloading the generator or modifying the working tree.

Please add a version-manager resolve <versionTags...> command that prints the resolved version to stdout without changing openapitools.json or downloading a generator JAR.

version-manager list --json can list matching releases, but CLI startup may download the currently selected JAR before processing the command. A dedicated resolver would make this operation predictable and side-effect-free.
