Start by finding where Toggle mode handles the dictation shortcut and where Esc cancels an active recording, since the new Enter key should follow the same stop path. Enter should end recording and start transcription only while a recording is active, and should behave normally when idle. Run the app in Toggle mode to check that the shortcut still stops recording, Esc still cancels it, and Enter works in other apps when nothing is being recorded.

In Toggle mode, I currently need to press the dictation shortcut again to finish recording. Could Enter also finish an active recording and start transcription?
Please keep the existing behavior: pressing the dictation shortcut again finishes recording, and Esc cancels it. When no recording is active, Enter should work as usual.
