The payload names no files, tests or entry points, only a proposed five-stage architecture for video generation. Nothing in it can be located in the repository, so a newcomer has no starting point. The first step is to ask the maintainers whether they want this design discussed, and to narrow it to one concrete, testable change. Done would mean an agreed scope, not a code patch.

Descripción

Dear MiniMax R&D Team,
As active users and developers leveraging the MiniMax H3 open-weight video models, we highly appreciate your team's dedication to advancing generative video. However, the current end-to-end diffusion transformer (DiT) approach faces severe logical and physical bottlenecks: semantic contamination (feature-bleeding and clothing mix-ups between characters), prompt rejection/text drops in multi-action scenes, and temporal "object-respawn" or flickering artifacts.
To solve these core issues at the structural level, we propose a Five-Stage Modular AI Video Pipeline. This architecture shifts the paradigm from flat pixel-guessing to deterministic, stage-isolated 3D space rendering with advanced VRAM lifecycle management and local variable injections:

DETAILED FIVE-STAGE PIPELINE ARCHITECTURE

  1. Stage 1: Geometry & Rig Initialization (The Shape Layer)

• Core Task: Generates a static 3D mesh scene (characters, props, environment) in a zero-frame T-pose and establishes bone hierarchies (rigging/skinning).
• LoRA Type: Mesh/Appearance LoRAs define volumetric body types, skeletal structures, and creature anatomy.
• Data State & VRAM Optimization: Outputs strictly uncolored geometric vertices and bone weight data with zero texture overhead. Asset preview graphics are explicitly handled in the next stage, keeping this step computationally minimal and lightning-fast.

  1. Stage 2: Material Generation & Caching (The Texture Layer)

• Core Task: Generates and bakes static materials, colors, textures, and surface shaders onto the static 3D meshes created in Stage 1.
• LoRA Type: Shader/Style LoRAs lock the artistic vision (e.g., Photorealism, Cyberpunk, Anime/Cell-shading, Claymation).
• Data State: Once generated, this texturing layer is frozen and saved to cache memory.

  1. Stage 3: Skeletal Animation & Primary Audio/Speech (The Actor Layer)

• Core Task: Processes highly localized per-scene prompts (1-2 actions maximum per scene) bound to local object variables (e.g., $CharA interacts exclusively with $BowlA, preventing the "neighbor's bowl" glitch). At the same millisecond, Language/Voice LoRAs generate speech audio, immediately driving facial rigs for automated, perfect lip-syncing and context-aware emotional gestures.
• VRAM & Viewport Optimization: The core physics engine calculates bone transforms using lightweight "gray meshes," requiring no real-time texture recalculation. However, the system pulls the frozen texture cache from Stage 2 exclusively for the user’s real-time viewport monitoring, completely decoupling visual previewing from skeletal calculations.

  1. Stage 4: Fluids, Soft-Bodies, Weather, & Texture Blending (The Physical Realism Layer)

• Core Task: Simulates secondary physics—cloth wrinkles, hair dynamics, volumetric fluids (e.g., food/soup mass changing inside a bowl), and environmental volume effects like volumetric fog or smoke via VFX/Physics LoRAs. It generates a dedicated contact audio layer (fluid splashes, cloth friction, foliage rustling) based on particle velocity.
• Mandatory Texture Integration: Unlike Stage 3, this stage forces the integration of Stage 2 texture data. The AI requires material properties (density, viscosity, transparency, friction coefficients) to accurately simulate complex visual blending, fluid dissipation, and surface wetting/mud caking.

  1. Stage 5: Camera Transform & Spatial Audio Assembly (The Film Output)

• Core Task: The photorealistic 3D space is now completely finished. This stage handles strictly the mathematical transform, offset, and rotation of the virtual camera within the 3D scene to capture the flat 2D frames. No new visual assets are generated here.
• LoRA Type: Cinematography LoRAs (e.g., Spielberg style, Zack Snyder style) that mathematically smooth out human camera inputs, eliminating "drunken camera shaking" and applying rule-of-thirds or shot-reverse-shot structures automatically.
• Audio Engineering: The system mixes the separate audio layers from Stage 3 and Stage 4, automatically applying Spatial Audio attenuation, panning, and volume levels relative to the real-time coordinates of the virtual camera lens.

ENVIRONMENT-AWARE PHYSICS INTEGRATION (STAGES 3 & 4)

To prevent flat weather overlays that ignore character interactions, the local scene injector supports environmental biome variables ($Environment), which scale dynamically across the pipeline:
• Air / Open Road: Standard friction, natural skeletal walking cycles, basic clothing drag.
• Bushes / Tall Grass / Thickets: Stage 3 automatically shifts bone mechanics into defensive arm positioning (pushing away branches) and dampens movement speed. Stage 4 enforces soft-body collisions so foliage meshes realistically bend without clipping, while adding rustling sounds.
• Bog / Deep Mud / Deep Snow: Stage 3 adapts biomechanics for high resistance (higher knee lifts, weight balancing). Stage 4 deforms the ground mesh for true 3D footstep imprints, forces mud/snow textures to stick to clothing, and triggers squelching/crunching acoustic layers.
• Water: Stage 3 applies heavy hydraulic drag to bones or triggers swimming rig templates. Stage 4 drives fluid solvers to generate accurate wave displacements, foam, and splashes relative to bone velocities.

DYNAMIC VRAM MANAGEMENT STRATEGY

If VRAM is abundant (e.g., server-side or next-gen desktop GPUs), all three engines (Rig, Animation, Render) are held in memory simultaneously. This allows real-time scene expansion (e.g., instantly injecting a new variable like $Cat into the existing 3D scene without reloading models).
Under strict VRAM limitations, the pipeline automatically triggers a dynamic paging system, dropping components in reverse priority.
